You might want to try a high quality mic with a spit cover on it...at least that's what we used to call them! Anyway, it's basically a good mic with that foam cover over it that used to be more popular than it is these days. I used to play in a band and when it was windy outside you would get tons of wind noise, but when you covered them with the tops it would be dead silent, except for what you wanted to hear. Of course you would probably have to duct tape the covers on at high speeds!
