You have to wonder why they didn't build the Maginot line around Belgium. That was too easy for the Germans, like "lets see, we can either go through all those guns, cannons, barbed wire and trenches, or uhm, we can go through Belgium."

French resistance might have done better if they had more French resistors!

From what I understand, the French think we are stupid, crude, and unenlightened, and they object bitterly to American values, and disdain our successes. And don't try to speak their language, unless you can speak it EXACTLY perfectly, with no American accent.

And don't even ask them about Mickey Mouse, or Paris Disneyland, I hear it makes the veins stand out on their temples.
