I've had (mostly) good luck at Pistoresi Dodge in Madera- they doggedly hunted down some rare parts for me that noone else could find. They have done careful and high-quality work on several Vipers for me.
Glad to hear Fresno Chrysler is apparently trying harder- they weren't very helpful the last few times I tried to take a Viper there.
