Best time to join the VCA?
I noticed another post on the board the other day that stated the VCA only likes to ad new members at the first of a year. I was wondering if it would be better to join now with a pro rated cost for the remander of the year(4 months)or wait til late Dec. to join for the whole year of 2005. What do ya think?
