As agreed, Louisiana oil & gas royalties in my name, actually cashed by my father with same name into his account.

Is there a federal form I can use to commmunicate he will claim the income, or will we need to ask for ammended W-2s? Last resort he pays me 25% but he can write a great deal off as independent real estate agent.

He swears there is a form, buut I can't find it.
