Default Re: My first jury duty experience.

The 460lbs Michael Trammel pleaded guilty on the 3rd day of deliberation and got 23 years.
What an education, and here what I took from it. Never use a public defender if your azz in on the line. The two lady's acting like prosecuting for the state was a hobby, while the defense attorney was there to win. This guy could of easily gotten off had something gone wrong. [******] I ask you all, if called for jury duty do it and have your values known. Too many people prided themselves for getting out of it.

The 460lb Trammel “which lost 200+ibs waiting for the trial” confessed just before the DNA expert took the stand. We found out later on the the guy had struggle to unconsciousness, two other girls prior, and raped them. But we were never going to get to hear this. I had a few Liberals thinking juror's on this trial, that were trying to find ways to feel sorry for this A hole. I had to tell them that 4, 30 something people, don’t end up living in a weekly rate motel, and turning tricks on the street, because of a few bad breaks in life. These people had to work very hard at under achieving, in America.
