Funny that you mention that, I heard from the VCA today and they said they are "sending" my membership items. I am not sure what these "items" are or what I am supposed to do with them. I did receive a letter from my dealership along with a copy of Viper magazine but that is all at this point. Is there anything else I can do at this point?
