Sorry for the need for the sale of the Viper...as you said, you'll get another, and it'll be another Viper of your dreams...you live in a beautiful area...love the cobblestone, street(?). Probably rough on the Viper though. So, you're staying in the same area, but remodeling a house that you've just bought? And, no garage until finished, presumingly?
