I have actually heard from reliable sources that the creampuff cam cars was actually quicker than the lumpy cam cars. This is a very heated topic on these forums and is almost as bad as the Gen II vs Gen III debate.
My opinion is there really isn't much difference between any of them and it mostly depends on the driver. And I obviously prefer the Gen II.
