It's not like I was asking him for advice. First words out of my mouth I told him exactly what I wanted and had my credit card in hand. He then gave me a 3 minute speach on how busy he is on mondays. He could have just taken down my adress and my credit card info in that time and had a sale.
I know when it was just my boss and I working for a mail order company selling over a 1 million a year in products we had made time to take orders, no matter if they were $5 or $2000. If we had to work late we did.
