However, the rules of the game have long been to leave everything "as is" until everyone has agreed on what is going to happen and a foolproof method of verification is in place. Lastly, since he has announced his hostility to the military, I am sure that the Defense Department and the various defense contractors have already started their contingency planning for an Obama administration which probably includes alot of Congressional arm twisting. Obama's proposals will be doomed from the start. The fact that he said what he said the way he said it shows a lack of experience. But, as we all know, he has little experience.
