I've called JonB on a Monday before I knew he was as busy as a one-legged man in a butt kickin' contest, and was a little stern with me as well. I was just going to ask a question, so I'm probably as much to blame as anyone else for his mood on Mondays. Once I called him for a new fan motor for my '96 GTS, and Jon says "Your car has the upgraded fan from a '98 Viper so I'll send you the right one." He was right, and I had totally forgotten about the different fan. You cannot buy that sort of service; it's something that comes from the heart.

Jon is only human and I'm sorry you had a bad experience with him, but please bury the hatchet and give him a second chance. He is a wealth of knowledge, and has talked me out of making costly mistakes more times than I can count. How many people do you know that would tell you NOT to buy something from them?
