at this point rob, i really feel nobody WANTS to lift a finger to do anything about it, and i feel that it is intentional that nothing is being done. remember a few years back when gas prices went up and the state of IL took off a large portion of their tax intake on every gallon until things calmed back down? back then "someone" saw how bad things were getting, they devised a plan, and helped us out.

everyone knows that it is killing the economy. food prices are high because of gas costs, people arent eating out so restaurants are closing, the list goes on and on. yet it keeps getting worse everyday with no relief in sight and no mention of any kind of plan to fix the problem.

somebody wants this situation.
