NRP spokeswoman Const. Jacquie Forgeron refered to the punk as a "boy?" That's a big thing wrong with this world - when a drunk 18-year-old peeing on someone's property is referred to as a "boy."

I got into a lot of trouble as a youth but the worst damage I ever purposely did to someone's property was TP their house, which is a pain in the butt to clean up but not disgusting or disrespectful.
