Advertising works. Plain and simple. While Dodge may have bigger fish to fry than worrying about a limited-edition sportscar, it ALREADY exists. The marketing of it is a no-brainer. And if you think advertising the flagship is only about selling the flagship, you don't understand marketing at all. It's just as SlateEd says, people get their attention drawn by the Viper, and stay to buy something else.
