Yeah, shouldn't be any problem. I've raced before with 335/30/18 fronts (stock suspension GTS) and the tire never rubbed. I'm sure the rear would accept at least a 345 rear.

Who makes a 345 for the rears? Do they have them in 17 inches?

The only concern you may have with a 345/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport is that the tire is taller and the car will ride about 1/2" higher in the rear. Michelin has a 345/30/19 that is slightly shorter and will make the car ride about .4" higher in the rear.

Interestingly, I saw the review of the new Saleen S7 in Motor Trend. In the specs it listed the rear wheel as a 19x13 with a 355/25/19 Pirelli Rosso Assym.

This would look GREAT on the VIPER, and would not raise the car; in fact it may lower it negligibly.

The 285s work just fine on the front. The only concern that you should have is when the hood is open in the front, if you drive the car and steer the wheels, the tires will hit the lower corner of the wheel cut out in the hood, and possibly break it off.
