What blower is used?

What blower housing is used for the centrifugal blower kits for snakes? Are they general contracted out (Say, ATI Pro-chargers or vortech) or are they a in-house fab job?

Also, Does the generaly higher crank stress of a blower shown any impact on stock motors after say 5K miles?

I have two Vipers supercharged by Doug Levin Motorsports. My roadster has a vortech, my GTS has a paxton. They both make good power and run great. The roadster sounds loud and obvious that is has a blower. The paxton is extremely quiet. My wife likes the GTS better, It's much more factory tame. The power is unreal a comes on very smooth. I haven't had any problems with a combined 25,000 miles on both cars. I am looking forward to having Doug do his magic on my 2003!
