Chuck,
I don't know if you are the ONLY owner that knows what to do with a wrench. I have a 94 & 2000 which I took the motors out of, completly modified and both run perfect & strong. If you ever need any advise, let me know

With that kind of attitude I'm sure there are plenty of Viper owners who may tell you what to do with it.

Hey guys, I think he means DEALERSHIP owner, not viper owner.

2 Tall you are right dealership OWNER and a viper owner too. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I know viper owners know what a wrench is, but not many dealership owners.

Guys:
Just wanted to set the record straight on Chuck Tator. His shop is very impressive, and so is knowledge of Vipers. He will definately work with his customers, knows his stuff, and is not, at all, the cocky S.O.B. that some are already making him out to be.
Chuck has helped me out countless times, and I didn't even buy my car from him. Plus, he is throwing a bash for everyone next saturday at his shop for ........ I think about 60 cars are due to arrive?
Give him a chance guys, he is new to the board. And he is right about most dealers not knowing beans about Vipers. One example is Salerno Dodge in Yorktown, NY. I wouldn't let them change a flat after how they trreatd me in the past, for anyone who may be in the area, go to Chuck Tator. You won't be disappointed.
Andrew

Ok, welcome on. It is good to have a store owner that takes first hand interest in the car!

I have to say also, Chuck Tator is a really "Good" guy.. I have spoken to him many times at different events. He is very knowledgable about the viper and he goes out of his way for you ....Believe me is hard enough to try and find a Good person in NY now you can only imagine, it is Impossible to find a good Dodge Dealership
I myself have not had anywork done by Chuck, on my car, but I have only heard GREAT things about his Work and Service...

My next Viper will be bought at Tator Dodge!

Thank God for Spring!!!!

I have bought two Vipers from Chuck, I know he is a good guy.
I'd say he is like the Bill Pemberton of the East. And I agree with him, he probably is one of the only Dealership owners that knows what to do with a wrench. Every time I call Chuck he is in the Shop working.
Glad you could join us here on the board Chuck it's about time!
I know you are the Dealer time forgot and all but the computer
age was bound to catch up to you soon or later.

Regards,

Steve

Welcome Chuck! It won't be long 'till you ask us to put your email on your classified ads

From what I hear it won't be long 'till Tator Dodge's web site will be up. Should be a treat specially the pictures of the dealership, which opened in 1914. The Dealership is still using many buildings dating back to its origins. Cool place!

Welcome Chuck.
The "Tatorizing" of my ACR made the ride home rattle FREE the whole way, at least from the ACR shocks.
I am a believer. You are one of the Good Guys without doubt.

Default Greetings from Chuck Tator & Tator\'s Dodge . New to the board.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody for there past support here on the VCA message board. I am a third generation Dodge dealer and the oldest family owned and operated Dodge dealer in the world since 1914. Viper specialist since 1993
and owner since 1994 Red RT/10. I am active with the NY region as Technical Director. As a Viper specialist I am probably the ONLY owner with a wrench in his hands that knows what to do with it. The VCA board will see me frequently now that I have been digitized.

Hi Chuck, welcome aboard:
I too just bought my 2001 Viper from Chuck Tator and just let me say that he is one of the most down to earth, and knowledgable guys (on Vipers) that I have come across. There is nobody else in the New York area that I would let work on my Viper. Nice to finally see you in cyberspace Chuck! See ya next Saturday for sure!
