Best sedan or 4+ seater for $25k???
I've been looking at '03-04 E55 AMG's and CL55 or CL600's. I will only buy one w/a warranty which is hard to find, but I have found some CPO cars for just over $25k. Or I've been leaning towards a 335i BMW that obviously would have a factory warranty and service covered. Any other ideas? What are your thoughts. I'm wanting the best luxury sport sedan/coupe money can buy for around $25k and has to have a warranty...Thanks--Andy

Not sure where you would find a 5 or 6 year old MB that still has something left on its 4 year factory warranty. For $25k, a 1 or 2 year old 300C or SRT-8 is hard to beat.

I just bought a brand new 2009 Pontiac G8 GT (MSRP $34K, bought for $26K). With 361 hp and LS3 based engine with rear-wheel-drive, it is a great bang for the buck. Warranty is 5 yrs 100K miles. Go test drive one, several dealers are selling for $7-8K off MSRP.

Just to through something different into the mix Lexus IS 350. Rear wheel drive 310 hp six speed manual with unbeatable reliability and resale.

I dumped my BMW, for some reason That German chit just doesn't impress me. I have had several and always felt I was horsepower deprived when I drove them. Even the ones that get up and go take to long to get going.
I bought my Kid and Acura 3.2(..5?) CL type S... that car has a lot of pep, good throttle response, really nice handling etc. You might look at an Acura product. |
