I'm pretty sure this is VERY unlikely but your battery isn't dead is it?

Hemi,

Open the glove box there you will find the Security reset key. Just put your car key in it and turn it. It should disarm the car.

Thanks everyone, it seems the battery was just low enough to not fire it up. Strange, since it's brand new, and even though the alarm went off and ran it's full cycle, that's only 3 minutes of horn honking - I doubt that's enough to have drained it to the point of not starting the car. I jumped it, and ran it on the freeway for about an hour. I hope that I won't start having problems with a weak battery now.

Might think about getting a battery tender??!

You definitely need a battery tender. About $60 at Pep Boys.
