Lifetime Warranty
Anybody know if the new Lifetime powertrain Warranty applies to the Vipers. Also heard that for an extra $4900.00 you can get it bumper to bumper. I saw an ad on TV about the warranty but no detail. Anybody hear any details about it?

I was wondering the same thing. I thought that the Viper would be excluded. Dodge does not want to loose money on their most expensive vehicle after all. SUX!

Ironically, I just saw the commercial. Toward the end at the bottom in small letters, it says SRT VEHICLES EXCLUDED.

I think Chrysler is making a good move. It's really got me thinking of selling my 96 GM for a new Chrysler product. Their cars/trucks have really changed in the last decade.

Lifetime warranty on the Challenger R/T is tempting. Imagine having a classic muscle car 25 years from now that still has a lifetime powertrain warranty.
