And that's why I have a concealed weapon permit. You catch them in the act with a knife and it's self defense since you thought they were going to come after you!

hpaez@mac.com, sorry that this had to happen to you, I know your pain because this happened to me when I owned a 40th anniversary corvette, only my car was keyed all the way around the car. I live in Md., where did this happen?

I'm curious as to where this happened also, I am in VA. I just cannot imagine what someone thinks to gain by doing such a mean and hateful thing to someone's property who worked very hard to have what they have. Perhaps thats it, they are just low life scum who don't have the motivation to make something of themselves. I feel for you, get it fixed and move on.

i have a 1998 firebird formula and someone went to town with a screwdriver, both sides, hood, windshield, and actually gouged the passenger door and fender so bad it took chunks of fiberglass off. people can be F-in a$$holes.

Could you be a little more specific, like where in Gaithersburg. This way I can make a mental note to never leave car in the same place.

Any chance of any video cameras might have picked it up? Across the street...or where ever? I'd be asking anyone in the area if they saw anything or anyone.
My condolences and get it fixed quick so you can enjoy driving it.

Off topic, but MD makes it virtually impossible for anyone outside law enforcement to get a concealed carry permit. Only criminals are allowed.

Sorry to see such a beautiful car blemished in such a way; thank goodness you have insurance.

God has mysterious ways of paying back arsholes like whoever did that to your car, such as meeting a fat chick with moustache & a beard when he's had too much to drink and his buddies just happening to have a camera back at his place.

Regards,
Aaron
