Default Recently installed air filters

Recently installed new K & N air filters. I probally got a extra 3 miles per gallon by doing this. was totally amazed at how the motor reacted and responds. anyone have any expericence with this.

I remember when I installed the K& N filters on our 95 RT/10. What a difference in the throttle response and the sound. I think it is a great bang for the buck.

It might have been going from old/dirty filters to NEW ones too......

The stock filters are very restrictive.

Okay, not to sound too lame (pretty new to Vipers) but are you talking about changing to a K&N filter element or the dual K&N filter setup?

Just starting to think about mild changes to make in the next few months.

Simple change of the stock filters for K&N filters PLUS smooth tubes makes a noticeable difference in throttle response. This was the very first 'mod' I did.
