Special Edition Viper for VOI 10 ?

The bashing of Detroit is all in fun. It's my hometown, so I get to have a little extra fun. I was just up there last week and drove around the city without any problems (went to a few Tiger games and even drove through the city at night...no problems). As with ANY big city, you have your good and bad areas, and I'm sure the VCA will do it's best to avoid the bad areas. Besides, there is safety in numbers!

With that being said...THE ROADS ARE AWFUL! This will never change. I have driven in Detroit since I was 16 and they have always been bad for as long as I can remember, even in the suburbs. But as I learned at CAAP, they actually road test one car a week on the streets up there...AND THEY SURVIVE!!!

This will be a cool event, only wish I could make it myself.

'Special' edition? Its a solid Viper Red with black interior, plain console and razor wheels. It will have a special sticker on the fender and go for a $5k premium. Buy a couple of 'em. Detroit? I hear that if you wear jewelry and hang your arm out the window, you might lose it (your arm). Ya, good luck at the casinos too! I hear the slots are really loose!

It is a bit too late for my friends. They have ordered something else. We have strongly believed that the 10th VOI edition Viper will be something highly unique. We have waited for nothing. Usually the most funny part of these VIPERS is the delivery process at the VOI. Making a Vipers after VOI doesn't make sense.

If what i have heard is correct, or it may just be a new color that i heard about for '09

Actually, it is a variation on a color that hasn't been on a Viper previously nor will be again. It will be very unique from a variety of perspectives. Stay tuned!
