New England Spring Opener 2008
Spring Opener April 27th
Boston, MA Hi everyone Winter is technically over and driving season is upon us. Less than 20 days to go before our first event of the year. The often well attended spring opener is really going to happen (weather permitting). The snow will be gone, the roads will be clean. All that’s left is to get the car out of winter storage, change the oil, check the tire pressure, and add another coat of wax. This years opening event is being hosted by Carlos and Sylvia. Thanks for all the hard work Carlos. They are taking us on a tour of the US Constitution. The tour is free! Group parking is being arranged. Please expect a nominal $4-6 parking fee. From there we will be going to T’s Pub for lunch. According to Carlos they have great food, a fun atmosphere, and their own parking lot! Plan on meeting us at the Woburn Mall at 10:00 AM and departing by 10:15. Woburn mall can be found off exit 36 on Rte 95/128 . For those with a GPS the address is: 296 Mishawum Road - Woburn, MA 01801 Please RSVP jcolpitts@metrocast.net so that we can provide a head count for the restaurant. Let roll!
