what kinda 60ft times can be expected with these?? I would think the hight is way too low for a drag radial No??? I like the fact that they are 345s

Remember that this is a 30-aspect ratio on the wider 345 tire, so it is a TALLER diameter than 18" OEM by about 1.6". That alone will fight wheelspin. The stickier compound and drag-sidewall should allow a good driver to achieve (or even better?) 1.8 60' times. I welcome other input here, because I infrequently drag race these days, and this is after all a NEW tire with no stats...Im just guessing here!

p.s. Vinnie, Steve, Ramsey.....I have reserved you each a pair, thanks again.

What is Oreca? Who did you send a shirt to? Not me.

This is the email. I realize it is possible you did not get it, but I did speak to someone named Jon yesterday on the phone @ 13:26 pm cst @ 360-837-3937 regarding drag radials.

Jon

I spoke with Luke about the 18 inch drag radials(345/30/18). He said he has a part # and his price is $282 per tire. Let me know how much you would sell 2 for. No big rush.

John Smith

Honestly,no big deal, just did not hear back from you after you asked me to give Luke a call yesterday if I wanted more info about these. I was just passing it on to you in this email.

You are correct, you are cheaper by $5 bucks.

Take care
John

ps-So where's my shirt?

Mike

Luke said he could carry his front tires for the 1st 50 feet with these tires. Sounds like some preety good traction. Don't know what kind of car he has.

Actually there are several non stock Viper sizes available.

245/40
265/40
275/35
295/35
315/30

All 18's, but the smaller ones won't fit on the 13 inch wheels.

People have been pm'ing me about who Luke is. It is

Luke @ Tirerack. He has a wealth of knowledge and loves to talk.

# is 877-522-8473 ext-362.

I believe Partsrack gets these tires from Tirerack as well, so they can be ordered from Luke or Jon at Partsrack, but if you have any ?'s feel free to give Luke a call.
