We have a new shipment of our light flywheels for the Gen 1 and 2 Viper in stock. These steel flywheels take more heat than the aluminum type and are a direct replacement for the production flywheel. I have 20 in stock at this price.

Since the Driveline section of your website is Under Construction, do you think you could tell us how much less than OE these flywheels weigh?

OE 42 lbs. This Lightened Chromoly = 20.5 lbs !!!!!
Alum FW = 18-19 lbs and less durable. Great durability and BEST VALUE on this unit, Gen 1-2 ONLY at this time. |

Well I'm confused. Do you have them too Jon, or just know the specs on DC's FW? I don't see Chromoly FW on your web site.

John uses our flywheels also. The chromoly wheels are more durable than the aluminum type. They have more surface area and can take more heat without warping. The ring gear is cast in and is less likely to come loose. These flywheels are used in many racing applications.
Our website is under consruction, you can still link to the old website at dcperormanceinc.com. Thanks, Dan Cragin |
