Check and mess with tire pressure, with my pressure to low I'll get bad wheel hop also. Put a little air in it and see if that helps...

Hello,
I'm new to the Viper club, bought a 96 GTS last week. I have a small performance shop in Maine where we do dyno tuning and custom turbo installs (http://www.cmperformance.com). We are building our own turbo setup for the Viper this fall - but that is another story. The car is basically stock, and it has some pretty mean wheel hop in 1st gear when I step on it - Does anyone have a cure for this? thanks a lot, Dave. |
