I am getting both done right now. I purchased the T&D 1.7 rockers as they are widely considered the best.
I purchased my rockers off the board classifieds - but I would contact Jon B at the PartsRack as he usually has the best prices and has great service.
Unfortunately, I am getting the above work done with heads, cam, etc. so I will have no baseline for just the above listed mods.
