We also have a '94. I sent your message to the Viper tech who has done all the work and upgrades on our Vipers. I don't know how often he checks e-mail, but you'll probably hear from him. (I was born in San Antonio...)

1) Normal. Annoying, but normal

3) Could also be a motor mount....Probably a sway bar bushing....deteriorated shock mount bushing...or steering rack busining. High mileage?
4) Plug Wires Plug Wires Plug Wires. And / or plugs.

PartsRack has wires $79 - $99, and correct plugs for $19/set.
