bar none, door sills have increased in price more than any other Viper part.
The actual list price of a Gen-II smoothie sill is $4045 Further weirdness is that more complicated Gen-1 sidepipe sills are "only" $2025......... is half price ! I sell more thru insurance replacement than end-users.....an insurance company appreciates the PartsRack $1000 discount on a Gen-II sill !!!! PartsRack can usually furnish you a nice used sill for about half price of new. OPTION: We can offer you a fibreglass sill, painted, for about $600....... Painted ! Will not dent, a bonus given your "record' ! ~~~~~~~~~:<~ |

Fiberglass AND painted for $600.00!?! Dang, that's a good deal!!! Pop off your stock ones before you start racing (for prosperity in case you want to convert back to OEM) and race with the fiberglass ones. Any drawbacks to using fiberglass sills?
