Come on now, Texas is a great State!

We're not Florida or anything. I was ripped off for $30,000 from a bogus ATM Machine Company in Boca Raton, ATM International!

But there's nothin like the Lone Star State.

Parts rack has the same one from Autoform on there website I believe for $1199? BTR is the only roll bar that I know of that has the removable door bar that is required for <12 seconds.

I have the BTR rollbar it's a lot less intrusive than the Autoform IMHO and it has a side bar that can be removed. It's good down to 10.00 (NHRA) if you want to see a pic click on my sig You do loose the stock seat belts and you must cut two sections (2"X 2") out of the rear plastic cover behind the seat. I can remove the side bar in about 10 sec but that was after grinding down part of the mounting brace, as the clearances were tight (not a hard to do) makes installing the side bar a snap.

Autoform also builds a roll bar with removable side bars for drag racing. Give them a call (616)392-4909.

Actually I saw a cage that was put together by David Wilks, and it was the most beautiful and well done cage I have ever seen.

I don't know what Dave is doing nowadays, but if I were in his area, I'd strongly consider having him put a cage in my car either while I waited or buy the parts and have it installed locally. I've read alot about cages - what to do and what not to do - David's cage was done right - no expense or time spared in it's construction.

Like him or not, the guy knows his stuff.

1Bad,

i never knew there was a certification stamp that anyone looked for I bought one from Doug Rippie Motorsports and never had a problem although no one ever looked for a stamp just peeked and shook the car. I mean maybe if you are running in the 9's but I don't expect to be anywhere near that with this snake.

I know many have used a shop in Phoenix, AZ. I think its called Race Craft. I have seen many race cars come from there with great craftsmanship.
