What county is the road located in? Will the road be driven or riden?

Touche'

Yes, I am captivated by the squiggley line on the toppo map!

Some of the most challenging roads, in my book, are those squiggly lines.

The main reason for squiggly lines is that you can't build the road straight which means...

HILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And there is NOTHING like charging up a steep hill in a Viper!

OH BABY THAT'S WHAT I LIKE!

C'MON Virginia members near Roanoke. You're almost on top of this road.

I found the aerial photo of it too and it is possible it might be dirt, however, when did a dirt road have a 3 digit state route number?

That road is about 4 hours from me and I will check it out definitely this year - perhaps on my way to visit friends in South Carolina - on my way to Florida!

This fine little philly is about 15 miles NW of Whytheville which is about 50 miles W of Roanoke on I81.

Although Sharon Springs does not show up on ordinary maps, Burkes Garden does.

Burkes Garden is on 623. The 622 leg does not show up on maps.

You have to go to toppos or Mapquest to find it!

Mark VA,

Bummer, Gainesville is almost as far away as I am!

Roanoke is about 60 minutes away - I would think there have to be some members near this road...
