Those are probably former drug dealer cars that have been confiscated and converted by the police department that arrested the drug dealer. These cars are used in Ohio in school anti-drug programs. Some are called to more active duty to catch speeders if there are reports of a speeder going over 100 MPH on a regular basis.

The light bar isn't attached to the GTS (driver-side bracket is still folded up) and I agree with Kenny on the confiscated (or donated) C5. I'm working on a project now so I'll give you a definite in a couple of months.
