Attention Central Florida Viper Owners - Car Show Sat Aug 17 in Jaksonville, FL

This Saturday is the Orange Park Kmart car show with over 300 cars. Capain Tom Jordan, the guy who promotes this event,has invited all Viper owners to come and spice up the show a little bit.

Located at the Kmart Parking lot in Orange Park on Blanding Blvd, 5:30PM to 9PM. Afterwards, Night Drivin, IF IT DOES NOT RAIN !!!!!!!

If you are interested to go we can meet somewhere in Daytona Beach near the I95 exit and drive to Jacksonville together where we will meet with the several North Florida Viper owners.

Just send me an email: ssalis@mpinet.net and we can figure out the exact time and location. I think it would be a blast!

Either day is fine with me. I'm down for Orlando and some new talent!! And does Gerald really have to come with us? Don't know how many white guys I can deal with at once!

So, on the most recent Central and North Florida VCA meeting I was told that there are about 175+ VCA members in Central and North Florida. Doesn’t anybody drive his or her car?

I am starting to think that most people buy Vipers because they look good in their garage.

It is strange…oh well…I know I will have a blast tomorrow. On Sunday, If you want to know what you have missed on Saturday while you were waxing your Viper….again…and I was driving mine, just let me know and I will send you some pictures

nah, it's just tough to go to meetings when they are ALWAYS in Orlando.. 1 1/2 hours away.. There are SO many members in Tampa / Clearwater / St.Pete area. I've seen the list and it might suprise you.. As a member, what would make the club MUCH more worthwhile and fun would be to alternate or have SOME meetings in Tampa.. There are MANY beautiful locations.

Wings? Definitely. It'd be nice to visit the little sister in Orlando but since the G-man (multiple meanings) wants to tag along...

Give 'em he11 Steve. Florida is gaining a rep as the Poser King state. I'm expecting Vipermad to move here and run for Governor.

I'm going to Homestead to run with Ferraris in a couple months. The biggest concentration of Vipers in the state are down there. I wonder how many will show up for the event???

For the record I have 45K on my 98 RT/10.

You should announce a Clay Bar contest, followed up by a thong photo shoot. That should get a few Viper owners to come to your event.

I hear ya' Tom. Pathetic aint it? I don't expect the drag racer purist to show up, but anybody that likes a little spirited driving should make an occasional road event.

Thanks for the invite, but I wont make it.

I would rather tear up the roads driving than sit at a car show all day.

I only have put 11,000 miles on my car since I got it 4 months ago, so no I do not drive much.

Homestead is a track event Mike. You'll be able to tear up as much road as you want - legally! And you'll be doing it with Ferraris. Sound like fun? I'll be going the night before. Anybody that wants to come with, let me know.
