Viper Owner\'s VCR Tape
Does anyone know if the Viper Owner's VCR Tape is Generic OR specific to certain year's OR by Generations 1/2/3/ ??
I am trying to locate a copy for a 2000 R/T Thanks |

Jagger -- The tape I received (with my '02 Final Edition) was pretty generic and apparently produced a couple years ago. It includes topics for both RT and GTS owners, although some of the topics -- like how to operate the radio/CD player -- are likely specific to the newer cars. Hope this helps.

My '01 GTS also came with one that appeared to be a couple of years old. Information presented was generic enough that I don't think the year really matters much. The most valuable part of the tape for me was that after watching the segment on how to get the RT/10 top on and off, I was sure I had made the right decision in getting a GTS

My 01 RT/10 came with a tape that began with "Thank you for purchashing your 1998 Dodge Viper" (or something like that)...
Very generic tape...everything was still pretty much the same on the car as was shown on the tape. |

I NEVER GOT ONE WITH MY 2002 GTS F.E. - I GUESS THEY FIGURED SINCE I WAS FROM OREGON I COULD NOT READ OR WRITE. |

Wow! - I am a new member and I am so impressed by all your responses! You sure do look after your own! SoCal Rebell will
be shipping me one since he has exact year I was searching for. Thanks to Paul Kopick for offering as well. Have met once with the Viper Club of Ontario, and cruised to Niagara Falls in the Hammer Lane at nearly the speed limit - yea - right. All my mirrors were filled with Vipers ! Awesome We(my wife and I)knew this was were we were meant to be. |
