Default Tomahawk, 427, Cad V-16, SS, SRT-8...

Any thoughts on the latest crop of show cars?

The V-16 Caddy is a standout with 1000hp and 13.6 liters.

The Tomahawk, with Viper power in a "motorcycle" has to be the wildest thing at the show.

The GTO is a disappointment to me, a dull styling update of the Holden, and not really worthy as Poncho's "halo" car.

The SS is great in profile.

The SRT-8 Magnum "crossover" is neat but I want my supercharged Hemi in something other than a four door wagon.

The New Mustang "fastback" looks to be a very successful re-style.

The 427 is good in concept, using the "Cobra" style DOHC heads ( but with 5 chambers each instead of 4) on a bored and stroked Ford V-10, but the car itself looks to be styled by Blocky and Clunky and it has four doors, (the 427 V-10 would make the perfect motor for a hi-po 427 Mustang or in the two door convertible Marauder).

Chrysler used to (back in the 90s) steal these shows every year with the very best looking concepts. That said, any word on the Chargers, 300s, LHs that were expected to be at the NAIAS?
