Questions About 1996 RT10
First of all, I want to say I think this forum is the most informative place I have visited for information on Vipers. I have located a 1996 RT10 with 17,000 miles that I am interested in. I am looking for any information on this model I need to know such as recalls, etc. Basically, I am trying to find out what to look for, and what questions to ask the owner about the Viper. It is a beautiful Viper, white w/blue stripes, and seems immaculate. One more question...is $38,000 a reasonable price for this Viper? Thanks for the information all, I really appreciate it!

If it is in great shape then 38K sounds reasonable.
Don't wrap it around a tree, you're getting into classic status now. If it were a new Viper I'd say "track it." |

the price sounds about right.Were the head gaskets replace on it yet. Because if not they will need to.

I have a beautiful '96 RT/10 White w/Blue stripes with 32K miles located in Houston, Texas. Excellent condition inside and out. All recall work (998) performed and head gaskets replaced at 25K miles. I can do a lot better than $38K.
