Default Please post pics of painted stock wheels (not polished)

Please post pics or direct me to any pics of painted stock wheels. In other words not polished but painted a color (silver, gray, black).

I painted them gray to match the brake dust. Really.

Heck if the car was silver you'd never have to clean it or the wheels. Powder coat or liquid paint? A little dark for me (kinda like wearing black socks with shorts) but I understand about the brake dust, especially now that your calipers have greatly increased the dusting on the rear wheels.

A little dirt helps the car go faster because it makes the surface rough, like dimples on a golf ball...

It's an auto paint, which while it's lasted, is not the way to go. The center caps are held on by flat spring fingers that chipped the paint inside the center of the wheel right away and the paint has been flaking ever since. It's getting to the edge of the recessed section, so it is starting to show the original light gray. But after every drive, the light color seems to darken and blend in again...

Black powdercoat semi-gloss. $50 each. Wipe clean with paper towel when cool, won't scratch!
