Do you just service the diff. until it starts to run out ? Like most rear ends. Thanks, Chris

Pretty much yes, but don't over fill. And don't forget the friction modifier.

1 qt. dosen't seem like much (+ 4 oz. of friction modifier). Is it possible to over fill it ? I mean if it runs out that's pretty much it.

The diff holds 44 oz... I usually "rinse" it out with the extra diff fluid that I know I'll have, being sure to remove all that I can with the suction setup, then fill the diff with the 4 oz. of the friction mofifier, then fill with diff fluid til it begins to overflow...then, using the suction setup, take out a "touch" of fluid to avoid overfill as Chuck mentions.
