How Much Boost Can I Go?
have to replace my pistons on my 2001 and have a ROE SC with water Meth. could i go as high as 10 or more lbs of boost. im also thinking about a lumpy cam. what kind of HP ##'s can i look forward too with 10 or 12 pulley(if they make it)?

700 at the rear with a 10lb. pulley if you get the heads done also.

D, lately it seems from your posts that your snake has more shop time than saddle time. You know there is no end to how much horsepower you can make. Find a setup that gives you more reliability to enjoy the car. Just some friendly advice.

Avi that's true. This summer that car has been in the shop more than it has been driven. Since the motor has to be opened up I like to make more power just cause I can. We all want to go faster.

Sorry if this was discussed before but what I can I expect with 2002 GTS (nearly stock dynoing around 430rwhp/465rwtq) + Roe charger/tuned? What psi is recommended for 2001/2002? Thanks

I have a stock 96 cam for sale, little more lump than the creampuff cam. About 11,000 miles on it.
Macedo has used this cam in de-creampuff cars before with success. |
