Are Stripes on a 2002 GTS Clear-Coated?
I know this has been hashed out before (did a search but didn't find anything) but are the factory silver stripes clear coated after they are applied?
A reputable shop here in the bay area is confident that single stage painting (base coat w/no clear coat) is not done and against the law! Thanks, Craig |

My 01 window sticker refers to C/C or CC ( I forget which way it is worded ) after listing the stripes, which represents Clear Coat. So base color of blue, then stripes, then CC.
