Default Randon Tech high-flow exhaust ?? - Any Problem with Emission in California?

I am looking to install Randon Tech high-flow exhaust on my 2000 RT/10.

Two quick questions:

1 - How is the quality? Any problems or issues?

2 - Sound .. what is the change in sound quality (note) I should expect?

3 - Any problems down the line say 4 years from now with respect to emissions?

Thanks,
UZY

I have herd the way they sound on a GTS and I am considering returning my Corsa for the Random Techs. I dont see why you would have problems passing smog but it is California.

I passed the Cali emmission test with the Randomtech hi-flow cats on my 2000 RT/10. Passed 3 years after install.

Also had Balanger headers and 3" catbacks and still passed.

Passed with headers 3 times so far on a 2000.

I did have to replace the O2's last time out but that's a different issue.

I just put the new Borla system on with the high flow cats and high flow mufflers and I failed. Ted May at Valaya racing said it would fail everytime at your everyday smog check station. Instead I had to take it to his "special" smog check station and passed.

Right....A few years ago I also took my M3 to a "Special" smog station with a "Special" price. Guess what? I am not special anymore with the Viper.
