Got my new viper last night!
Well after looking around for only 2 months or so, My wife and I brought home our first viper last night. Red 01 RT/10. Drove it 100 miles or so on the trip home and got 18 miles to the gallon. I love the car, but damn does this engine generate heat. I mean I knew that it did from all the articles and posts but I never realized how much heat it actually put out.
I'll post some pics this weekend. Can someone help me with the fog light operation?? How do you turn the fogs on? That's the only thing I can't figure out. |

Contrats!!! Got a red 01 RT/10 myself. (they are the fastest)
Pull on your light switch. That will turn the fog lights on. |

High flow cats will help alot with the heat,especially on the sills.

congrats,
turn switch, then pull. If knob comes off, use just a touch of masking tape on shaft, this will be enough friction to hold knob on. |

Red is fastest!  Operation of fog lamps: After turning clockwise to either parking lights or head lights then pull out on the knob.Fog lights will only work with parking lights on or head lights on and low beam only. The tab is broken on the switch the holds the knob. Head lamp switch [Ford switch!  ] #4763135 MSRP $49.70 [less 20%, in stock] |
