This is the only one to buy. IMO
Click Here I have been happy with my Optima for a few years now. No acid on the rear bumper. |

I use a battery tender that I got from JonB at Partsrack.com, it keeps the battery charged even when you don't drive you're car much.
Give him a call or email him; he knows Vipers so well you'd swear he designed and built all of them himself. |

The battery tray attachment to the chassis varies from car to car. The Top post batteries will hit the frame on some cars, others may have room.
Use a stock battery and Tender. |

Also a big believer in a battery tender. I have this connected where the battery tender cable is hooked up permanently and can be reached thru the drivers side gill. So when I charge I don't need to open the hood or door, I just reach in and connect the cord to the cable that is inside the gill.

I'll try to zap a photo or two shortly but I just saw an identical setup with photos posted here within the last few weeks. Anyone else see it and can find the link?

I also love the battery tender, but am a bit lazy. I took the battery tender and soldered a cigarette lighter plug to it. Now I just plug it into the cig. lighter and it works like a champ. Easy in, easy out!!

I'm doing the same thing, the wing nut on my car kept working loose. So I bought the adapter. Real easy when you don't have windows. Cig Adapter |
