Default New wheels: chrome or polished lip?

Beyond the obvious different look, are there any advantages to either? Is polished harder to clean?

Yes, polished can be a PITA if you don't stay on top of it, but the luster polished has is better than chrome IMHO. Chrome is easier to clean, but once you knick it or scratch it, you can't polish it out.

CHROME!!!!! Trust me. Polished is such a PITA and needs constant cleaning especially on wheels.

I like chrome better, it looks alot better. Once you scratch or the wheel starts to peel you need to get it rechromed.

Chrome. A thousand times easier to keep clean and looking nice.
