Does anyone know the front and rear sway bar rates on a 1996 GTS?

No, and this won't help much because the Viper bars are hollow, I think. However, you might find a similar formula for hollow bars or you could subtract the stiffness of the missing center section.

Thanks Tom, that is a old, but great book. I saw that on page 150 but also thought the Viper bars were hollow. Maybe that should be my next question.
Does anyone know if they are hollow or solid. (I'm too lazy to check the density). I could probably just do the math OD, length, weight.......

You're best bet is to get a hacksaw/cut yours. Let us know what you find

Viper bars are hollow - they made some advertising noise about that when they were new. You can look at the ends of the bar near the links and tell they are pressed shut. You might be able to figure the wall thickness that way.
