The Wizard strikes again!
Chuck (as usual) came through for me a couple times in the last few weeks.
First time.I was in Guelph Ontario at Mike Adams (viper tech) place getting a short throw put in.My steering was making embarassing noise! A whining noise.The steering fluid was clean and full.Everything else looked good.I had just bought a 2002 RT10 with only 2200 miles on it the week before from Chicago. Mike says the rear differential seals were leaking...alot...and they needed to be replaced.I call Chuck (as per usual) JUST TO MAKE SURE!!!   Chuck and I chat a few minutes and we hang up-He says no way its this diff.seal is causing the wheel noise in the front when steering/turning the wheel.As I am waiting for the snake fearing the worst 500 bucks plus for new seals (with labour), Chuck CALLS MIKE HIMSELF! as I am waiting outside.He gets clarification from MIke that the noise is coming from the REAR? The WIZARD tells MIke to put SILICONE on the seal/in the seal? (not sure) and that would stop the leaking and the noise. BINGO!!! Chuck saves the day again!  If that was not enough he lets me delay a payment (330 bucks) for a part for about 3 weeks as I had an unexpected bill. Also gave me advice 3 or 4 times in the last week.    What a guy! PS_He even answered his phone this past SUNDAY as I was leaving him a message on his machine!!!!   |

That's awesome!!
Chuck is the first person I call whenever I need to get advice regarding the Viper! His service and advice are unbeatable!
