Question Web site to buy specialized automotive tools

I need a couple of speciality tools for brake line flaring. I wan to buy a Mastercool 71475. In Canada it sells over $500. In the States it is $300. I want to ship these tools to VOI in Detroit. So when I go home I will not need to pay special shipping, duties, taxes so on ...

I also need a couple of Sunex Sockets and SK wrenches.

I was having a look on Tooltopia.com but their customer service is very bad. In fact they don't return calls.

Is there a reliable Web site carrying automotive tools ?

I believe that Craftsman/Sears carries the SK tool lines now.

As for brake line flaring, I take a $20 bill and the lines to Midas during lunch time.
