The 2nd quickest all motor Viper?
I know that one guy, Norman holds the record for the quickest n/a Viper. Is this RSI one the 2nd?

I thought RSI specialized in Twin Turbo set-ups.

considering the battle those guys had back in the day, I think the word would have gotten around real quick if this was an all motor car running 40's.

A 150 MPH TRAP SPEED ON all motor (NO Nitrous )is flat out impossible as that kind of trap equates to over 900 to the tire .A full blown Gen 2 GTSR MOTOR DOES NOT MAKE near that.

PS not for anything but my old GTS back in the day won a few Mopar Nation Championships (4 straight )and on ALL motor trapped 132 MPH on stock Tires .To run a 150 mph trap speed on ALL MOTOR requires HUNDREDS of horsepower more than i was making .You simply can not make that type of power with out an ADDER (NITROUS,BLOWER ,TURBO ECT )its not possible.

Like others of have stated, sounds like an N/A car, but likely has a nice shot on top of it to get that kind of trap.
